Better Energy

Better Energy is a roof window with a central rotation axis. It provides better insulation, making it ideal for living areas such as bedrooms and home offices.

Features include:

• Dakea Better Energy is a modern, energy-saving roof window with a three-pane, two-chamber design and a rotation axis in the centre
• The two-chamber design provides better insulation. It means less heat is lost in the winter and limits the amount of heat getting inside in the summer
• Three-pane windows are recognised by their better U-value, both the glass itself and the window frame, which can reduce heating costs and thus reduce environmental pollution
• Energy efficiency: U_w = 1.1 W / m²K, three-glass / two-chamber package
• We recommend Dakea Better Energy windows for rooms where thermal comfort is required, e.g. living rooms and bedrooms, etc.
• Dakea Better Energy windows come with a free Dakea Quick Install (RUC) vapor barrier collar. The Quick Install Flashing reduces installation time and ensures that the structure is properly sealed
• Dakea Better Energy are pitched roof windows. They can be installed with all roofing materials between a slope of 15 to 90 degrees. Original Dakea Flashing is required to properly install windows.
